Océ, the world's leading manufacturer of high-performance digital continuous feed printing systems, is hosting the Production Printing Summit from 7 to11 June, 2011.
On a total of 6000 m² of exhibition floor space, Océ, together with leading industry partners, is presenting forward-looking solutions for high-productivity data printing. The Summit’s focus is on the benefits of color in increasing the effectiveness of printed communication.
Attendees can see at first hand the most important growth applications in high-speed data printing, transaction and TransPromo, premium direct mail, loyalty and trade applications as well as security printing.
Product demonstrations and user presentations are presenting methods to realize a smooth and cost-effective transition from monochrome to color. Attendees have also a possibilty to learn how printing houses can benefit most from the array of sophisticated tools available for individualization and automation of printed communications.
The Summit is featuring the Océ ColorStream 3500, the latest inkjet innovation. This powerful printer enables, for the first time, a shift from monochrome to full color with unparalleled cost efficiency. The Océ JetStream family are also being presented as the perfect, future-proof, solution for growth-oriented enterprises. Also on show floor is the very successful toner-based Océ VarioStream 8000, VarioStream 7120 and Océ ColorStream 10000 Flex technologies. They is being shown in combination with production cutsheet solutions. The demonstrated products and services themselves are being supplemented by the cross-platform Océ Prisma suite for an integrated workflow along the entire value creation chain.
The event will especially highlight the strategic alliance between Océ and manroland, the global No 1 company in web-fed offset printing. Océ and manroland, are together exhibiting the application-related combination of print data management, digital and offset concepts, integrated workflow solutions and post-processing.
