The rebranding creates uniformity across Quad/Graphics’ global print-production platform, which consists of more than 50 plants in nine countries on three continents. It also reflects the company’s worldclass production and distribution capabilities, and service expertise in Europe.

In recent years, Quad/Graphics has made significant investments in its people and platform in Poland to strengthen and expand its offering, and position itself as a leading European printer and employer. The company operates numerous sheetfed and web offset presses in a variety of cutoff lengths, complemented by a wide range of finishing equipment, giving customers maximum flexibility. Quad/Graphics is rapidly developing its media solutions offering in Europe, which will give customers the ability to drive enhanced digital experiences from print.

With the rebranding, the company’s legal name for corporate and legal matters will be Quad/Graphics Europe Sp z o.o. Quad/Graphics established its print-manufacturing presence in Europe since 1998 when it purchased a minority interest in Winkowski Sp z o.o. In December 2007, Quad/Graphics acquired a majority interest in Winkowski Sp z o.o., later changing the company’s name to QuadWinkowski. In January 2009, Quad/Graphics became the company’s sole owner. Quad/Graphics Europe is now one of the largest printers in Central Europe.
